- Downloading the Property Information Reports from each of the counties for every record
- Researching those Property Information Reports to determine if there are any documents mentioned that may be liens, which could take the surplus.
- Research those documents to determine lien amount and to whom it is owed
- If the lien is a Judgment, we obtain the Judgment Holders’ name and address so you can also pursue them to assist with a surplus claim.
- Obtaining the Business Owners name and address if the property owner is a business.
- Downloading Surplus Notices and Owner Deeds
- Skip Trace List: We separate fields, exportable onto an Excel Spreadsheet, making it easy for you to perform mass skip trace tasks to locate the property owners.
- Additional Virtual Assistant services when needed
- Provide you with a highly organized Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), that allows you to stay organized throughout each asset recovery task you perform.
We are not simply scraping some surplus records off a county page and selling them as is.
Therefore, we now have a system in place where potential clients must be certified before their request to join us is approved. They also will need to be re-certified every 6 months.
You can join us without becoming certified. However, the cost is 3x the normal subscription fee. This does not mean you can sell or give away our surplus records (that is always against our policy). If a client is found to be giving or selling our surplus records to others, their account is permanently banned.
You become Certified by showing us a claim you filed in a Florida County. We can view the claim documents online and verify.
