RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS FROM US ON FACEBOOK

We have 4 main websites/products – Here are the notifications we create for each:

FloridaTaxAuction.com (Delinquent Tax Properties, before they are auctioned)
- Property Spotlight: When we gather the new tax deed records, we browse through them and post about interesting ones. Great location, high value, low starting bid, homestead, etc
- Stats of the auctions on a weekly basis. How many sold with a surplus over $1,000 and in which counties.
- Offering of the newly added properties headed to a tax deed auction. We add the Owners Name and Mailing Address. These are highly motivated sellers because they are about to lose their property in an auction.
TaxAuctionSurplus.com and SurplusDatabasePro.com (Surplus from Tax Deed Foreclosure auctions)
- We create notifications each auction day to alert you to a new tax deed surplus list we have available
- We create a notification if a County cancelled or rescheduled their auction
MortgageAuctionSurplus.com (Surplus from Mortgage Foreclosure auctions)
- We create notifications about the new list we upload 1 time a month with properties that are headed to the auctions
- We create notifications each auction day to alert you to a new mortgage surplus list we have available
