Each day that there are auctions, when each county is finished, we put together a Surplus list on Excel spreadsheet, another spreadsheet with just owner information fields that people like to use to submit to skip tracing companies, and a PDF with one Surplus record on each page because some people like to print out certain records and use the page to keep their notes on.
We email those items directly to you, so you don’t have to login and download anything. However, we also put those files into a Google drive folder online that we share with you so that at any point you can go into that folder and get lists that you might have missed in your email.
We also put the surplus lists onto a table on the website. You can search and sort plus download an Excel Spreadsheet with just the records you want.
