In order for you to create Claim Packages and Document Checklists, you must be receiving our surplus lists because each record contains a “Search ID” which you would enter below to create the package and print. You cannot create a Claim Package for any record older than 1/1/2023.
Please note: We made a change to the Claim Packages. Please submit a Support Desk Ticket with the Search ID and we will create the file for you.
You will receive the printable Checklist, Surplus Notice from the County (if available), Owners Deed, Client Forms and the County Claim Form. If there are any other documents you need, mention it in your Support Ticket.
