On 9/24/2025 we began compiling a list of the 50 states to show if we provide surplus records for that state.
If we have already researched a state, but do NOT have surplus lists, we will put the reason in red.
We know what you are thinking. Why would you choose our lists that are clearly more expensive than a couple of other websites that offer surplus lists. The answer is, because we are doing a lot more than just handing you the freely available surplus lists that counties give out to anyone and everyone.
