We recently gathered all of the Excess Proceeds in California Counties for 2025 (through October).
There are 659 records with a total of $40,952,374.38 in excess proceeds.
These records were taken from the files the counties provide online after the auctions have ended (sometimes months after). Some of them provide the owner information, but not many. ALL records contain the County, Parcel Number, Excess Amount, and Auction Month. Therefore, if you have your own way of obtaining the owner information based on Parcel Number and Auction Month, these records will be great for you.
