6. OWNER CONTACT Contact the property owner and determine their interest level. This is the “salemanship arena”. Through trial and error, you will learn what and what not to say to each individual property owner as you are speaking with them. There is not a “one script fits all” for this step. You can also download the Client Forms you need from that page. We suggest you look into hiring mobile notaries to bring documents right to the property owner to have them notarized.
