Once we gather all document numbers mentioned on the Property Information Report, we look them up online to determine the type of lien, how much and to whom it is owed and provide all of this information to you on the Surplus Sheets.
If the lien is a Judgment, we also obtain the Judgment Holders information so you can also pursue them as a client.
