The Owners, Props & Liens Reports are for people who obtained bare-bones Surplus Lists elsewhere and want to enhance those lists with the following:
- Property Address
- Owners Name and Mailing Address
- If Property Owner is a Business, we always try and obtain the Business Owners Name & Address
- The Property Information Report provided by the County for each property auctioned
- Any liens mentioned on the Property Information Report, fully researched
- If a lien is a Judgment, we obtain the Judgment Holders information so you can pursue them as a client
You can search our records by Parcel, Tax Deed #, Property Address or (if your list is coming from TaxAuctionSurplus.com, you can search by the Record ID)
