There are a few counties that never make it on our daily surplus lists because they do not provide enough information online for us to perform lien research. Therefore, once or twice a year, we will supply this “Special” surplus list that contains the surplus records from those counties, if they are provided online. We take their PDF’s, CSVs, Word Docs and Lists on a Webpage and put them onto Excel Spreadsheets, then add the Claim Form for that County.
