COUNTY CONTACTS

As a Pro Level Subscriber, you are given all the contact information for all 67 County Clerk of Courts. We have gathered as much info as possible (Address, Email, Phone, Fax, etc). If you ever find any of the information to be incorrect, please let us know so we can update.

We use our “Google Drive Account” to store the County Contact Info. We “Share” our account with your Google Account so that you can download the reports. As long as you are logged in to the Google Account that you supplied to us during registration, once you click the Repository Link below, you are able to download our files.

  Some counties DO update their records online to show any claims that were made, who made them and if they were successful. This is not 100% successful as a lot of counties do NOT update their online records. These are the same sites we use when we originally research the information about the auction, such as who was the owner, a list of any liens that may be on the property, etc.
